Reshaping the Floor in Rear Alcoves: The existing layout in the rear alcoves presents challenges in terms of visibility for audience members seated in these areas. Reshaping the floor will create improved sightlines, ensuring that every seat offers a clear and enjoyable view of the stage. This modification will enhance the overall viewing experience and optimize the use of available seating space.

 

New Seats with Additional Legroom, Width, and Comfort: Upgrading the auditorium seating will provide patrons with a more comfortable experience. The new seats will feature increased legroom, enhanced width, and improved cushioning to support extended periods of sitting. This change will enhance audience satisfaction and make the venue more accommodating for all visitors.

 

Relocation of Sound and Lighting Controls: To optimize technical operations, the sound and lighting control stations will be relocated to a more central and strategic position.
